SOLD! 14ct Eastern European book like locket with Ruby, Sapphire and Diamond flower

The marks are hard to decipher; however, they are Eastern European or Russian for 14ct.  The size of the locket is 3.6 x 2.6cm plus the bail. The locket weighs 16 grams and is Rose gold. This locket is post-revolutionary and mid 20th Century.

The dark bits in the picture are just the reflection of the camera.  My photoshopping skills are non-existent!
