A yellow gold handmade double row half hoop design (not stamped, assessed as 18ct) claw set alternately chequerboard style with five old cut Diamonds ranging in size from 2.7 x 2.5mm to 3.7 x 3.0mm approximatley of total estimated weight 0.75 carats and five cushion cut royal blue Sapphire ranging in size from 3.0 x 2.7mm to 4.0 x 3.5mm approximatley of total estimated weight 1.08 carat to pierced shoulders on a half round shank tapering form 4.5mm to 2.2mm in width.
