This antique blue Sapphire and Diamond of half hoop design, centrally set with an old European cut diamond of 0.60cts flanked by further diamonds and sapphires in a carved frame, mounted in 18ct gold, ring size R.
Diamond colour H-I, clarity SI2. Inscription part rubbed to the interior of the shank.
