18ct ring is set with a Ceylon type mid blue oval Sapphire 9.0  x 7.5 x  5.1mm, with 3.05 carats, surrounded by 1.7-1.9mm Round brilliant cut diamonds of approximately mount as Colour G-H, Clarity VS-SI. The shoulder are patterned with a half round band tapered from 9.5mm to 5.2mm in width.
